The City of Auburndale signs a contract with Florida Refuse @ $2.28 per household (per month)
The City of Auburndale will be changing its recycling program, starting October 1. The latest proposed rate increase from the City’s recycling service provider is 114% (from $4.55 to $9.75). To reduce this increase and improve sanitation services for residents, the City has decided to to expand the use of the existing recycling center and to pick up only residential trash at the curbside.
Recycling services will now be offered through the recycling center, located at 915 Charles Avenue. This location features several recycling dumpsters available to dispose of certain recyclable materials for collection. Please read on to find out what happens to the residential recycling containers, where to drop off your recyclable materials, and what materials the City is prioritizing for collection.

Where Do You Drop Off Recyclables?
The recycling center, located at 915 Charles Avenue, will become the centralized point of all recycling for the City of Auburndale.
