About the App

The My Auburndale mobile app makes it easier to report issues that require the City’s attention in real time, as well as connect with the City of Auburndale. The flagship feature of this app is the ability to place service requests, which allows users to report malfunctioning street lights, potholes, water utility issues, code enforcement inquires, and other needs.

You can also view the City of Auburndale’s calendar, check out the Facebook feed, and visit the website.

This app is not intended for the reporting of crimes, police concerns, or fires. If you have an emergency, call 9-1-1. For all other police or fire reporting, call Auburndale Dispatch at 863-401-2240.

First Time Setup

When you first open the app, you will be asked about notifications and location services.

This app uses GPS to help you place your service requests quickly and efficiently. For this reason, location services are required while using the app.

To place service requests you will need to make a profile on the app. To do so, tap the “Settings” menu and select “Profile”. Setup your account with your email address and phone number. This is required so that our services can contact you when your service request is completed. If you don’t setup through the “Settings” menu, the app will send you a prompt when you place your first service request.
