Historic Preservation

The Exchange Building has received a major rehab from its new owners, Chris Miller and Paul Brown.  The Citrus Exchange Building was built in 1922 by the Auburndale Citrus Growers Association and in 1995 was established as a local historic landmark.  Two years later, it was designated as a National Historic Landmark.  It is currently being used as a mini-storage building and warehouse.  Here are before and after pictures of the building.
