Civic Center

The Civic Center is back on its feet after taking a beating from Hurricane Irma. This is where most of the City Con action will take place. Stop by and check out the vendor expo along with panel discussions and much more!

Recreation Hall

All heroes and villains love recreation. The Joker likes bad magic tricks. The Hulk practices meditation, Deadpool loves to eat his body weight in food, and Tony Stark enjoys being Tony Stark. At our Recreation Hall you’ll find the gaming suite with tabletop games and video games to enjoy. There will be competitions throughout the day and we encourage everyone to attend and step up to the challenge. Keep in mind to be respectful of everyone at City Con.

Downtown Park

At the end of a hard day, when you’ve finished cleaning up the city or messing it up (looking at you, villains). It’s nice to just sit back and relax in a city park. Take a deep breath and unwind. Listen to the birds sing.  Just relax and feel the wind on your face and the sound of a city at peace (or chaos). At the Downtown City Park we will be having our Cosplay Parade and Contest. Be sure to look out for the many Pokemon that live among the trees and municipal playground equipment!

Historic Depot

Superman could stop a speeding train, but the City of Auburndale stopped the demolition of a train depot. In 2000, this historic building (built 1927) was rescued and purchased from CSX by the City. With a some help from the Florida Department of State, the Seaboard Air Line Depot now sits where the Atlantic Coast Line Depot used to stand. It is a municipal building and will be a part of City Con.
